The vehicle
A black Mercedes-Benz V-Class
Every IMI journey runs in a black Mercedes-Benz V-Class, driven by your chauffeur and booked for your party alone. It seats up to seven passengers plus the driver in a 2 + 3 + 3 layout, with two forward-facing rows of three behind the driver and front passenger.
It is a premium private people mover rather than a traditional stretch limousine — an option for couples and wedding groups who want to travel together, in comfort, with someone else driving. IMI Transfers is a family-operated business, and the V-Class is its one vehicle.
Groups of up to seven
Bridal party and small group transport
One vehicle for up to seven passengers means a group can travel together rather than being split across cars — arriving at the same time, from the same place, with nobody left to find their own way.
Who travels in each journey is up to you. If more than seven people need to move at once, that becomes more than one journey; mention it in your request and IMI will tell you what can be arranged around the timing of your day.

Ceremony, photos and reception
A wedding day usually involves several movements: to the ceremony, on to photographs, then to the reception. These can be discussed together when you request the booking.
Send the itinerary as you have it — each pickup, each destination and the time you need to be there. IMI responds based on those journey requirements and confirms what can be arranged, and at what price, before anything is booked.

IMI Transfers is based on the Gold Coast and arranges wedding journeys across it — from Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Main Beach on the coast to Sanctuary Cove in the north and Tamborine Mountain in the hinterland. Journeys to and from Brisbane and beyond can be requested too.
Give the exact addresses of your ceremony, reception and any other stops in your request. IMI is an independent transfer service and is not affiliated with any wedding venue; each venue is simply a pickup or destination for your journey.
Guests
Wedding guest transfers
The V-Class can also carry family or a small group of guests — for example from their accommodation to the ceremony, and back again at the end of the reception. Each guest journey is a separate private transfer, subject to the seven-passenger capacity and the timing of the other journeys on the day.
For guests flying in for the wedding, airport transfers can be requested in the same way.
